Structural Optimization of Combine Harvester Plate–Shell Undergoing Multi-Source Excitation

As a multi-source vibration machine, the complex of combine harvester has caused many effects on various components. In this paper, dynamic response plate and shell is studied, influence factors determined. The structure optimized, scheme structural optimization that replaces finite element model with surrogate developed. designed Latin hypercube design (LHD), surface generated based Kriging model, then parameters are optimized by multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA). It realized first-order natural frequency increased 14.6% under same mass, avoiding resonance range main excitation machine. At time, its multi-point force also greatly decreased 62.4%.
